This production line is composed by jacketed cooker, gelatinized starch machine, extruder, jelly pump, powder mixer, cooling tunnel, steam sprayer, cutting and forming machine.
The whole line is suitable for extruding and forming cream candy, bubble gum and soft candy which shaped Square, Column, stick etc. It can be chosen to produce powder center filled or jelly center filled as customers' requirement.The method of producing licorice candy is by extrusion. This method produces licorice candies with different flavor and shapes.The ingredients for these treats is boiled until it becomes the consistency of dough and is then extruded through formers that give the candy it's shape.
Rainbow sour liquorice soft candy with box packing was named the 'staff' in music as what it looks like. The length of it can be customised whether longer or shorter pieces as wish. The flavours of these can also be customised with available flavours such as strawberry, apple, peach, orange, cola, grape, watermelon, blueberry or raspberry.
Main ingredient: sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, wheat flour, malic acid, dextrose, palm oil, citric acid, artificial flavoring, artificial color, turmeric oleoresin (color), ascorbic acid, tocopherols
